My sense of disbelief is still palpable. It’s been a few days since our first live show and it’s slowly sinking just what an amazing, exciting and humbling experience that was. Brace yourselves – I’m about to go off the rails here. Just a little though. Well … maybe.
First of all – thank you so very much to everyone that attended the show, you were a great crowd! The Missoula metal scene is an awesome community with some fantastic fans and musicians that we are proud to be part of. We would not be here, having this much fun making music, if it wasn’t for all of you! YOU GUYS ROCK!
Fates Fortune, it was very cool to get to share the stage with you guys for our first show, and we thank you very much for the opportunity. As always you guys killed it! We look forward to seeing you guys around and hopefully getting to do some shows together again.
If you attended the show you heard Paul talk about how special it was for us to be able to play at VFW Post 209 on our initial outing. Mike and I are the vets in the group, and although neither one of us likes to talk about it much it’s worth mentioning here. The entire band, and the two of us most of all, band appreciate everything the VFW does for veterans and the community in general. To the other vets that were at the show, thanks for being there, and thanks for everything you’ve done!
I’d like to extend a special thank you to the lovely, talented, patient and capable Karinda for taking photos for us during the chaos that is any live music experience. Check out this amazing photo - and there's a ton more we can't wait to share with everyone! Give her Facebook Page a look, she does some fantastic work.
To the rest of the guys in the band – thanks. I am honored and humbled to get to make music with such talented artists.
What’s next? Well – we have a couple more live shows coming up. Check the calendar out for details and keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram for further information. As always we’re working on more material and hope to have some new original songs to share with you guys, and maybe a couple more fun covers too.
Thanks for reading and we’ll catch you later!
